Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business hours for fully verified accounts. Pending KYC documentation will delay withdrawal processing. phlove33 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts showing unusual activity patterns.

phlove33's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phlove33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the deduction of any applicable bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements. phlove33 shall not be liable for any loss of access to bonus funds upon account closure where such funds were subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements.
